Registration The
registration form is available as a .pdf
file or jpg.
file. To use the .pdf file: please download, then install the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe in order to see the form. To use the jpg file: Once the file is open, right click and select <save picture as> to a folder or space on your computer. Place it as a picture/graphic into your word processing program and resize for use. Print, fill out, and and make a copy of the completed form for your records before mailing to the address on the form. Remember to include either the deposit or full amount for your registration.
