Barstow Alexander Institute
great setting for great work

Typical Summer Alexander Technique Workshop

The daily schedule provides each participant with a variety of learning and experiencing opportunities. Once you arrive, you will be assigned to a mentor teacher, and will have group sessions with different faculty members. Your private lesson will also be scheduled once the Institute begins. A schedule, with location, for each class and activity will also be posted.

Come and join us on this fascinating journey.
